At 75th Bunker, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Due to the regulated nature of firearms, ammunition, training classes, and related products, our Refund and Return Policy is subject to specific conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or registering for a class.

1. Firearms

  • Non-Returnable: All firearm sales are final due to federal and state regulations.
    • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for firearms unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt (see Section 5).
  • NFA Returns: Are subject to a 50% restocking fee, less any applicable fees (e.g., background check or transfer fees).
  • Special Orders: Special-order firearms are non-returnable and non-refunded under any circumstances.
  • Background Checks: All firearm purchases are subject to federal, state, and local background check requirements.
    • If a customer fails a background check, no refund will be issued, as the sale is considered final upon initiation of the transfer process.
    • In the event we receive a denial of transfer from FDLE or ATF/FBI a $1.30 per day storage fee will commence.
    • Store credit may be offered at our discretion, less any applicable fees (e.g., background check or transfer fees).
  • Transfer Fees: Any transfer and background check fees for firearms and NFA items are non refundable.
  • Order Cancellations (Online/Shipped Orders Only): Firearm orders placed online and requiring shipment may be canceled before the item is shipped.
    • A restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price will apply.
    • Once the item has shipped or the transfer process has started (e.g., background check initiated), cancellations are not permitted.
    • In-store firearm purchases are not eligible for cancellation.

2. Ammunition

  • Non-Returnable: Ammunition sales are final due to safety and regulatory concerns.
    • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for ammunition unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt (see Section 5).
  • Special Orders: Special-order ammunition is non-returnable and non-refunded under any circumstances.
  • Order Cancellations (Online/Shipped Orders Only): Ammunition orders placed online and requiring shipment may be canceled before the item is shipped.
    • A restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price will apply.
    • Once the item has shipped, cancellations are not permitted. In-store ammunition purchases are not eligible for cancellation.

3. Accessories and Non-Firearm Products

  • Return Window: Non-firearm products (e.g., optics, holsters, cleaning supplies) purchased online or in-store may be returned within 30 days of delivery or purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Refund Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at 75thbunker-at-gmail.com or (239) 385-2421 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will apply to non-defective returns.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Order Cancellations (Online/Shipped Orders Only): Non-firearm product orders placed online and requiring shipment may be canceled before the item is shipped.
    • A restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price will apply.
    • In-store purchases are not eligible for cancellation.

4. Training Classes

  • Non-Refundable: All training classes, including but not limited to firearm safety, concealed carry, and tactical training, are non-refunded unless 75th Bunker cancels the class due to weather or other reasons beyond our control.
    • If a class is canceled, we will issue a full refund or offer rescheduling within a reasonable time frame, at our discretion.
  • Attendance: Customers who fail to attend a scheduled class or attempt to cancel are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling, except as noted above.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Firearms and Ammunition: If a firearm or ammunition is received defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
    • We will work with you to arrange a replacement or repair, subject to manufacturer warranty policies and applicable laws.
    • Proof of defect or damage (e.g., photos) may be required.
  • Non-Firearm Products: Defective or damaged accessories must be reported within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
    • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns and issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Shipping Errors

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and ship the correct item at no additional cost. For firearms, any shipping errors must comply with federal and state transfer regulations.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Special-order firearms and ammunition.
  • Engraved items, including firearms, accessories, or any products customized with engravings.
  • Customized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked “as-is” or “final sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Used or opened products (except as noted for defective items).

8. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or report an issue:

  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
  3. Obtain an RMA number and follow the provided return instructions.
  4. Package the item securely, including all original packaging and documentation, and ship to the address provided.

9. Compliance with Laws

All returns and refunds are subject to compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the Gun Control Act of 1968, the National Firearms Act, and Florida state regulations. 75th Bunker reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that violate applicable laws.
